Delivery Information

In India, shipping is totally free but cash on delivery Charges Extra.

Currently we only offers delivery of products India. Delivery outside India is not available. We dispatch all parcels using a predefined courier according to your order and location to offer you a fast and reliable delivery service. With this service, your parcel will be delivered within 5-7 working days after dispatched from our warehouse. Customer will get an email regarding the shipment of order within 24 to 48 hours after shipping; it contains tracking number and courier company’s website details along with the expected date of delivery. Tracking number of orders shipped may take 24 business hours to become active on the courier company’s website. Customers are requested to provide full address along with the flat and street number, pin code/zip code & correct contact number along with a verified email id. In the case of any request for address change or order change, customers are advised to give request before the order ships from our warehouse or within 24 hours of placing orders otherwise two-way courier charges will be applicable to the customer. We shall intimate by email, in the case of delay in shipping due UN-availability of stock or due to unusual delay in dispatching an order. All orders sent are fully insured at no extra cost to customers. For any other query related to shipping, you can mail us or contact us on our customer care numbers.

Covid-19 Disclaimer:

We are giving priority to items that our Customers need most. If your Location is not serviceable then we will refund you but if it is wrong purchase or incompatibility issue or in any case other than area not serviceable, we would be unable to issue refund unless and until the item is received back by the returns department. Buyer is responsible to send the item back in this Covid-19 situation.

As in this pandemic, wrong product is purchased or post-delivery cancellation is required, we can only refund or replace your item after the item has been received by us in proper conditions with 20% deduction on the cost of delivery, packaging, processing etc. incurred to us. Buyer pays the return postage. Staying in line with the current lockdown in various parts of the country, there will be a delay in delivering your orders as most of our courier partners have halted operations while others are short staffed. We are constantly monitoring the situation and working with our courier partners to get your orders delivered as soon as possible, We request you to bear with us in this challenging situation.

Specific conditions where returns/replacements may be rejected:

  • If your Request for replacement/refunds/exchange is being made after 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • If your product is not in its original condition.
  • If Product was damaged after use/opening.
  • If Original packaging, original manufacturer tags and accessories are missing.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

Condition of Return:

  • We will arrange for reverse pickup with the 7 days for the date of purchase [order date]
  • If reverse pickup service is not available then buyer has to send it back by Speed post and send us the scan copy of Speed Post receipt for amount reimbursement.
  • In case Buyer buys wrong item then we are not responsible for reverse pickup. Buyer has to ship item back to us on his own cost for exchange or refund.
  • Reverse pickup will be done only in case of any manufacturing defects of the product.
  • No reverse Pickup for reasons like not wanted, wrong purchase, changed his mind etc.
  • Replacement or Refund will be done only once we get an item back to us.
  • No Reverse Pickup Service after 7 days of the order date. Buyer has to send it to our address at their own cost.
  • Correct and complete product (with the original brand/product Id/undetached MRP tag/product’s original packaging/freebies and accessories).
  • The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any scratches or dents.

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

Process for return and refund contact us within 48 hour of receiving the product, for register a complaint you will must provide your name, email ID, telephone or mobile number and order ID. Our customer care team will inform you by email once your refund complaint is processed, a refund is processed based on the mode of payment. If payment is done using Credit card then the amount is refunded to the credit card itself and in case of COD / cash on delivery then our Team will send you mail requesting your bank details for transfer. If the payment is done using Net banking as a payment then the amount is refunded to the bank account.

Cancellation Policy – COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, you must notify within 30 minutes of placing the order if you decide to cancel your order by phone or email, preferably by email, and quote your order number. As after that your order will be processed and a cancellation fee of 10% will be applicable.

If the cancellation was made in time, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount, which includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the Goods or the Services, as applicable. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks, depending upon the mode of payment collection.
